Helen St. Duplex

The client wanted to design a duplex to use as a rental property. The duplex needed to be around 900sq.ft. on both sides and be no longer than 50' to ensure 5' of lawn space on either side. They requested a gabled roof with a front and back porch, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a laundry room and a closet for the furnace.
